Platform use

Tinkaru provides software that helps property owners report repair issues, receive AI-assisted repair insights, and connect with qualified service providers. Use of the platform is subject to these terms.

Service provider relationships

Service providers listed through the Service Provider Marketplace are independent businesses. Tinkaru facilitates discovery and repair workflow but does not perform repair work directly unless explicitly stated.

AI-assisted guidance

AI repair diagnosis, cost estimates, and recommendations are informational and should be validated by qualified professionals before major repair decisions are made.

SMS communications

By opting into SMS communications, you agree to receive messages related to Repair updates, issue intake confirmations, provider scheduling notices, and account-related messages. Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages from Tinkaru. Reply HELP for help.

Updates

These terms may be updated as the platform expands to additional property types, repair categories, and markets.
